BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) is a universal method of assessing the environmental friendliness of real estate properties, since it considers the national characteristics of the region where the project is being implemented, as well as local construction rules and regulations.

LEED (The Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) - is a rating certification system for so–called Green Buildings. Evaluates projects of energy-efficient, environmentally friendly and sustainable buildings, stimulates the transition of the construction industry to the design, construction and operation of such buildings.

WELL a building certification system focused mainly on maintaining the health and well-being of the people who stay in them. It is based on measurable evidence that the environment at the location (in the building) has a positive effect on the quality of life, on the health and well-being of people.
